New job
I started a new job this past week. But rather than say exactly what it is that I'm doing, I thought it would be more fun to let my readers try and figure out what it is that I've wound up doing this time. So here's the hint: I'm basically doing what this guy does, in very much the exact same kind of place...
You're working UHF?!
ReplyDeleteAWESOME!
Or maybe you'll be at General Hospital...
Yup, I've become Philo :-) Maybe soon they'll let me host "Secrets of the Universe".
ReplyDeleteHah, I wondered what your new position was. Unfortunately, I have no idea who that guy is :P
ReplyDeleteThat guy happens to Philo, the station engineer, from the movie UHF written by and starring "Weird Al" Yankovic. Man I need to watch that movie again soon. Been a long time since it has graced my DVD player... :)
ReplyDeleteAfterShock, *you* haven't watched UHF lately?? We watched that thing just about every weekend when we were roomies! Inspired by the new job, I bought the DVD the other day at Circuit City (after Best Buy reported they no longer carry it :-( ) Somehow it was even funnier to watch now than before, guess 'cuz our station is so much like Channel U62 it's scary :-)
