In the next few days I can expect to receive a summons to appear for deposition in the lawsuit that Ron Price has filed against Richard and Debbie Moore.
This means that I'll be sworn in and be asked questions under oath.
The deposition is set for November 15th at 10 a.m. at the Eden office of Price's attorney, Douglas Hux.
I'll post the summons when I receive it.
Oh, wow! Keep us posted. Will be praying ...
ReplyDeleteNo worries here. But for at least one reason which I won't go into here, I'm finding this entire situation hilariously ironic :-)
ReplyDeleteHey Chris...who are some of the names on the deposition list? I heard that a couple of those that ran for school board and Mark Childrey and the cop that found the campaign signs in Ron's trunk. By the way, I don't know if you know the Moore's attorney, Seth Cohen, but they call him the "Circular Saw" for a reason! Money well spent by Richard and Debbie. Poor Ron! This won't be pretty! :)
ReplyDeleteActually most people who know Cohen well just call him "THE SAW".
ReplyDeleteChris Knight for Congress!
ReplyDeleteCongress? How about Chris for President? I'd vote for Chris over any of the Demopublican candidates.
ReplyDeleteHey, Chris, are you old enough to serve as U.S. President?
Richard Moore
ReplyDeleteSeth Cohen
Chris Knight
That is the perfect storm.
Put a fork in Ron Price. He's done.
Don't forget Doug Hux.
ReplyDelete...Its easy to forget Doug Hux. Most people do.
ReplyDeleteI bet Arnold Walker won't ever forget Doug Hux.
