America does not need a "religious rebirth". America and her people do need to experience genuine contrition before God. And the two are absolutely NOT the same.
Honor is good. But humility is far better.

Did you watch the event?
Right on.
I watched enough of it.
I don't need to watch it and don't want to watch it. As a Christian I have discernment to know the difference between real humility and false humility and I can't stand watching a staged event which is made to intercept legitimate passion, righteous anger and frustration over injustice and hijack it, diverting it into a false reform that promotes trust in just another wing of the same multi-headed Establishment. You can say all the right words to me but if your heart is wrong I'll know it in an instant. That's why this is offensive.
When the Antichrist himself becomes manifest, I guarantee to you that he will be called a religious person who loves charity and has strong morals (meanwhile his life is total hypocrisy). In fact I think Republicans in particular will especially grease the treads for the United States to submit to the global rule of the Antichrist because he'll say things like:
-"We need to crush terrorism and defeat this evil wherever it appears, because it is the greatest threat to mankind"
-"We need to be proactive in our steps to defeat 'rogue regimes' who threaten the safety and stability of peaceful nations" (and of course when he says 'rogue' he means any country that won't submit to the new world order)
-"God wants every one of you to fight and die for 'freedom' and the guarantee that everyone may live under democracy"
In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Glenn Beck started praising the Antichrist and crying on TV about how good of a leader he is and how the Antichrist helped undo all the damage that 'the liberals' did to the world.
This is totally idiotic and it's shameful. Inasmuch as America was deceived into voting for Obama, now it's being deceived into rallying and supporting yet ANOTHER false revival ...
Whenever Palin, Beck, Limbaugh, etc. are involved, all you have to do is follow the money to see where their loyalties lie. It they were contributing heavily, in a monetary sense, back to society in some way I would cut them some slack. Until then (in the vernacular of "Deadwood") they are simply stirring up the hoople-heads and taking it to the bank.
