I can not in good conscience be a part of this any further, nor can I provide support which has in the past been cheerfully rendered, until I am convinced that a significant taking of stock and reflection has transpired.
It is not only my own faith in this enterprise which has been shaken, but also that of numerous other individuals who I have spoken with.
If it means halting things now, then so be it. It would be better to pause and lose little at present than to see everything be made waste... and that is exactly where things are heading.
Sincerely,
Chris

If you are sending a personal message to someone, why not communicate directly rather than put this indecipherable blather on your blog? You've done this so often, it renders whatever intentions you have ineffective. If I had a personal relationship with you, I would be put off by this public approach. I sincerely mean this in a constructive manner.

"You've done this so often, it renders whatever intentions you have ineffective..."
And yet every time I have done this the message has been received in no uncertain terms by those it's intended for.
Just my own way of letting those that it pertains to, that more people understand something wrong that is going on and it needs to be addressed or there will be inevitable ramifications for that inaction.
It's the kind of thing that I would imagine might quite easily lead to a lot of bitterness in the community, if it were addressed more overtly. I choose not to do that, while also telegraphing the message of how wrong this is.
(If you want to know more, it's floating around on some other blogs, but that's all I wish to say about the matter and indeed that might be too much already.)
